Return Policy
We want you to love your BuckThatDuck. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your figurine within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Because every figurine is made to order, we ask that you reach out to us before shipping anything back. Contact us at orders@buckthatduck.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We don't charge a restocking fee.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover return shipping in full.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is a flat $5.99 for one Buck. Orders of two or more Bucks ship free.
Processing & Production Time
Every BuckThatDuck is made to order — your figurine is 3D-printed and finished after you place your order. Orders ship within 3–5 business days. We'll send you an email when your order ships, including tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (occasionally UPS) and typically arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.

What is a BuckThatDuck?
BuckThatDuck figurines are custom 3D-printed horse figurines in Bronco-inspired colors. You configure every detail — body color, mane style, mane color, and nameplate — and we print and ship it to you. We're an independent maker, not affiliated with Ford Motor Company.
How long will my order take?
Every figurine is made to order and ships within 3–5 business days, then typically arrives 2–5 business days later. We email you tracking info as soon as it ships.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Reach out as soon as possible at orders@buckthatduck.com. If production hasn't started we can usually accommodate changes, but we can't guarantee modifications once printing has begun.
What materials are used?
Our figurines are 3D-printed using PETG filament, which is durable, slightly flexible, and resistant to temperature changes — great for display on a desk or dashboard.
Will my figurine look exactly like the preview?
The configurator preview is a close representation of the final product. Minor variations in color and finish can occur between the on-screen preview and the printed figurine due to differences in display calibration and filament properties.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, check “This is a gift”, enter the recipient's name and address, and add a note (up to 250 characters). We print it on a card in the box. We never put prices, a receipt or a packing slip in the package; your invoice is emailed to you instead.
My figurine arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at orders@buckthatduck.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right — no need to ship anything back.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time. We hope to expand to more countries in the future — check back soon.
