Return Policy
We want you to love your BuckThatDuck. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your figurine within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Because every figurine is made to order, we ask that you reach out to us before shipping anything back. Contact us at orders@buckthatduck.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover return shipping in full.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Processing & Production Time
Every BuckThatDuck is made to order — your figurine is 3D-printed and finished after you place your order. Production time varies depending on the complexity of your configuration and current order volume. We'll send you a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your location and package size. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped — not from the date of purchase.
Canada
Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are set by the Canadian government and are the responsibility of the recipient. BuckThatDuck has no control over these charges.

What is a BuckThatDuck?
BuckThatDuck figurines are custom 3D-printed horse figurines inspired by Ford Bronco colors and culture. You configure every detail — body color, mane style, mane color, and more — and we print and ship it to you.
How long will my order take?
Because every figurine is made to order, production time varies. We'll keep you updated via email and notify you with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Reach out as soon as possible at orders@buckthatduck.com. If production hasn't started we can usually accommodate changes, but we can't guarantee modifications once printing has begun.
What materials are used?
Our figurines are 3D-printed using PETG filament, which is durable, slightly flexible, and resistant to temperature changes — great for display on a desk or dashboard.
Will my figurine look exactly like the preview?
The configurator preview is a close representation of the final product. Minor variations in color and finish can occur between the on-screen preview and the printed figurine due to differences in display calibration and filament properties.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom packaging?
Standard packaging is included with every order. If you'd like a gift note included, mention it in your order notes or email us after purchasing.
My figurine arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at orders@buckthatduck.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right — no need to ship anything back.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not at this time. We hope to expand to more countries in the future — check back soon.
